Tomorrow, winter vacation is officially over and it's back to the daily grind. This is the one time of year I actually pray for snow days. Before long it will be Spring Break, and then, SUMMER....and warm weather can't come fast enough for us!

The beginning of a new year. Time to lose those extra lbs I gained over the holidays and get back to eating right. Hit the grocery store today and stocked up on Lean Cuisine dinners, Yoplait yogurts, and soups. We also discovered a new somewhat healthy snack food. Veggie Chips ~ OMG! They are awesome. Kinda has the taste of a Pringle. LOVE THEM!
